Welcome to FantasyFunds! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FantasyFunds platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using FantasyFunds, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

FantasyFunds is a simulated investing platform where users create leagues, manage virtual stock portfolios, and compete based on market performance. The Service is for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not provide real financial transactions, investment opportunities, or financial advice.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

To use FantasyFunds, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age Requirement – You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use FantasyFunds with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Legal Compliance – You may only use FantasyFunds if it is legal to do so in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation in simulated investing competitions complies with local laws and regulations.
• Account Registration – You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Any attempt to register with false information, impersonate others, or create multiple accounts without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Restricted Users – We reserve the right to deny access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to users previously banned for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

1. Account Creation – To access certain features of FantasyFunds, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
2. Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Multiple Accounts – Users may create multiple accounts, but they may not be used to manipulate rankings, exploit gameplay mechanics, or engage in deceptive behavior. Any abuse may result in account suspension.
4. Impersonation and Misuse – You may not create accounts that impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or falsely associate with an entity. Any such violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
5. Account Suspension and Termination – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or compromise the integrity of the platform.

1. League-Based Structure – FantasyFunds operates as a private league-based platform where users create and manage their own leagues. Each league is independently run by its League Manager, who has control over league settings, participants, and rules.
2. League Manager Authority – League Managers have the ability to set entry requirements, adjust scoring methods, remove participants, and enforce league-specific rules. FantasyFunds does not interfere with individual league decisions unless they violate platform-wide policies.
3. Stock Data and Market Simulations – Stock prices and market data are sourced from third-party providers. While FantasyFunds strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee real-time or flawless data, and market conditions may not perfectly reflect real-world events.
4. Fair Play and League Integrity – Each league may establish its own competitive rules, but general fair play principles apply. Users may not exploit platform vulnerabilities, use automation tools (such as bots), or manipulate gameplay mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Multiple Accounts and League Participation – Users may join multiple leagues and manage different accounts within them. However, using multiple accounts to manipulate rankings within a single league is prohibited and subject to action by the respective League Manager.
6. FantasyFunds' Role – FantasyFunds provides the platform and technical infrastructure for league operations but does not directly manage or regulate individual leagues beyond enforcing platform-wide policies.
7. No Real Money or Financial Transactions – FantasyFunds is a simulated investing platform for entertainment and educational purposes only. No real money is involved in trading, and participation does not equate to actual financial investments.

To maintain fair competition and a positive experience for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on FantasyFunds:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation – You may not provide false information, impersonate others, or engage in deceptive behavior when creating accounts or participating in leagues.
2. Exploitation and Manipulation – Users may not exploit bugs, loopholes, or technical flaws to gain an unfair advantage. Any discovered issues should be reported to FantasyFunds.
3. Automation and Unauthorized Tools – The use of bots, scripts, or any form of automation to interact with FantasyFunds, manipulate rankings, or influence outcomes is not allowed.
4. Harassment and Abuse – You may not engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users, League Managers, or FantasyFunds staff.
5. Spamming and Unauthorized Promotions – You may not use the platform for unsolicited promotions, advertising, or distributing spam within leagues or through messaging features.
6. League Disruptions – While League Managers control their own leagues, intentionally disrupting leagues through coordinated manipulation, account flooding, or other forms of interference is prohibited.
7. Unauthorized Access – Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or platform functionality through hacking, credential theft, or similar means is strictly forbidden.
8. Violation of Local Laws – Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using FantasyFunds. Any use of the platform for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

FantasyFunds may offer optional paid features, including subscriptions that provide access to enhanced functionality. By making a purchase on FantasyFunds, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Services – Certain features, such as additional order types, may be available through a paid subscription. The details of these features, including pricing and availability, will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
2. Payment Processing – Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider. FantasyFunds does not store or process payment details directly.
3. No Refunds – All purchases, including subscriptions, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes – Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid cause may result in account suspension or termination. If you have a billing issue, please contact support@fantasyfunds.app before disputing a charge.
5. Changes to Pricing and Features – FantasyFunds reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription tiers, and included features at any time. Existing users will be notified in advance of any changes that affect their current subscriptions.
6. Taxes and Fees – Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their local jurisdiction in connection with their purchases on FantasyFunds.

1. Ownership of Platform Content – All content, features, and functionality on FantasyFunds—including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, and user interface elements—are the exclusive property of FantasyFunds and its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or resale of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
2. Use of Lucide React Assets – FantasyFunds currently uses the Lucide React "Trending Up" arrow as its logo. This asset is not proprietary to FantasyFunds and remains the intellectual property of its respective creators under the Lucide open-source license. We acknowledge that we do not own this asset and will comply with all licensing requirements.
3. User-Generated Content – Users may contribute content, such as league descriptions, discussions, or strategies. By posting content on FantasyFunds, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership but agree that FantasyFunds may use it for platform operations and marketing.
4. Restrictions on Reverse Engineering and Unauthorized Use – You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code of FantasyFunds. Additionally, you may not use FantasyFunds for commercial purposes, except as explicitly permitted within the platform.
5. Third-Party Content and Licensing – FantasyFunds may integrate third-party stock market data, analytics, or other external services. Any third-party content remains the property of its respective owner, and users must comply with any applicable third-party terms of use.
6. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations – If you believe your intellectual property has been used on FantasyFunds without authorization, you may submit a complaint to support@fantasyfunds.app, and we will review the issue in accordance with applicable laws.

1. Data Collection – FantasyFunds collects and processes user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This may include account details, gameplay activity, and interactions within leagues. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
2. Use of Personal Information – Your data may be used to:
   • Provide and improve FantasyFunds services.
   • Facilitate league operations and rankings.
   • Communicate with users regarding updates, support, and platform changes.
   • Prevent fraudulent activity and enforce platform policies.
3. Data Security – We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security, and users acknowledge the inherent risks of online data transmission.
4. Third-Party Services – FantasyFunds may integrate third-party services. By using FantasyFunds, you agree that your data may be processed by these third parties under their respective privacy policies.
5. User Control Over Data – Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support@fantasyfunds.app. Some data may be retained for platform integrity and compliance purposes.
6. Cookies and Tracking – FantasyFunds may use cookies and tracking technologies to improve the user experience. Users can manage cookie preferences through their browser settings.
7. Privacy Within Leagues – League Managers have control over league settings, including visibility and participation rules. However, all users are expected to respect the privacy of others and not misuse personal information obtained through the platform.

1. No Financial Advice – FantasyFunds is a simulated investing platform designed for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any stock market data, league performance, or rankings are purely fictional and should not be interpreted as real investment guidance.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy – While we strive to provide accurate stock market data, FantasyFunds relies on third-party providers, and we do not guarantee real-time accuracy, completeness, or correctness of market data, league calculations, or platform functionality.
3. Service Availability – FantasyFunds is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any issues will be resolved immediately.
4. User Responsibility – You acknowledge that all decisions made within FantasyFunds are at your own discretion. Any losses, missed opportunities, or misinterpretations of data within the platform are your responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, FantasyFunds, its developers, affiliates, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
   • Inaccurate stock market data
   • Loss of access due to outages or technical issues
   • Unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches
   • Any other platform-related issues beyond our reasonable control

1. User-Initiated Account Closure – You may deactivate or delete your FantasyFunds account at any time by contacting support@fantasyfunds.app or using the available account settings. Upon deletion, some data may be retained for compliance, security, or operational integrity.
2. League Manager Authority – Since FantasyFunds is a league-based platform, League Managers have full control over their leagues, including the ability to remove users from their leagues at their discretion. FantasyFunds does not intervene in league management decisions unless platform-wide policies are violated.
3. Platform-Wide Suspension or Ban – FantasyFunds reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that:
   • Violate these Terms of Service
   • Engage in behavior that threatens the security or integrity of the platform
   • Repeatedly exploit platform mechanics or disrupt other users' experiences
4. Effect of Termination – Upon termination of your account:
   • You will lose access to the FantasyFunds platform and any active leagues
   • Any paid subscriptions will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle
   • Data associated with your account may be retained or deleted at FantasyFunds' discretion

1. Right to Modify Terms – FantasyFunds reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in platform functionality, legal requirements, or business practices.
2. User Notification – If we make significant changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:
   • Posting the updated Terms on the FantasyFunds website or app
   • Sending an email notification to registered users
   • Displaying an in-app notification upon login
3. Continued Use as Acceptance – By continuing to use FantasyFunds after an update to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must discontinue use of the platform.

1. Informal Resolution – If you have a dispute with FantasyFunds, we encourage you to first contact support@fantasyfunds.app to seek an informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
2. Arbitration Agreement – If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal claim or controversy arising from your use of FantasyFunds shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for matters that qualify for small claims court.
3. No Class Actions – You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, and you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against FantasyFunds.
4. Governing Law – These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and, where applicable, the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
